Class meets once a week. Each class is 90 minutes.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Over this four-week course, I'll be teaching you how to recognize what your true energy feels like and how to decipher between your own energy and others. You'll also learn how to step into your own power and create healthy boundaries with others. We'll be discussing how to connect with our higher selves, our intuition, and guidance. In the final week, we'll be taking ownership of our abilities and our voices, as well as both recognizing and validating our 'aha' moments!

The course outline for this private development class is the same as the group course (see above), except - of course - you'll receive one-on-one attention!
